Photography

Guests will enjoy professional keepsake portraits set against their choice of aquarium scene, ready to take home at the end of the event. The photo service can also provide an on-site photo booth for interactive fun throughout your special event.

Tables and Settings

An Azure event manager can provide you with information and pricing on rental items such as linen and furniture.  

Coat Check

A hosted coat check with rolling racks can be arranged. 

Parking

Parking is available and can be coordinated directly through Solider Field/Standard Parking. Valet parking is permitted but must be arranged ahead of time. Contact information for parking on the campus can be provided. 

Event Favors

Select from a wide variety of aquatic-themed items in our gift stores or surprise your guests with a return visit, either with Shedd tickets, CityPASS, or one of our acclaimed Extraordinary Experiences (subject to availability). You can coordinate by working directly with your Azure representative. 

Make a Difference

In lieu of traditional event favors, your Azure representative can work with you to arrange a donation that supports the work of Shedd, a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization.

Staff & Security

Azure provides all necessary waitstaff, bartenders and utility staff. Shedd Guest Relations staff members are available to answer questions on way-finding or Shedd exhibits. All events require security be on-site for the duration of your event.
